Each product is shipped with Quality Assurance table detailing the power output, power stability, beam divergence and beam aperture.

We provide 6 month warranty for any defects. The warranty will be voided if any of the seals are broken and/or if the laser is damaged by dropping, placing the laser into a too high temperature or operating the laser without conductive cooling. We do not refund return postage fees unless the return is due to our error.

For all models, the product can be returned for repair. Before shipping defective products back to us, contact us for further instruction and an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We are not responsible for any injury or damages caused by using our products. To avoid eye injury do not stare into the laser beam and use proper laser goggles when operating the laser. Custom products can not be exchanged.

We are not responsible for shipping losses or damages. On customer's request, we can buy insurance at customer's cost.
